How to open an XREX Pay account?

Welcome to your XREX Pay Account application journey!

We're excited to support you in opening an account to access our secure, efficient, and trusted financial services tailored for businesses.

For a seamless application experience, follow the outlined steps below.

Steps to open an XREX Pay account:

  1. Enter your email address. You will receive a verification code in your email inbox—do not share this code with anyone. Enter the code to verify your email address.

  2. Set and confirm your password. Your password must be 8-25 characters long and include at least 1 special character, 1 number, and both uppercase and lowercase letters. Click NEXT to continue.

  3. Enter your mobile number and click NEXT to receive an SMS verification code. Enter the code to verify your mobile number.

  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions. Click I AGREE to confirm your acceptance of XREX’s terms & conditions and privacy policy.

What's Next?

  • Switch to XREX Pay Web for a Complete Experience – After signing up, we recommend switching to the XREX Pay web for the best user experience.

  • Secure Login – Set up your PIN code and enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, or both) for quicker and more secure access.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – 2FA is required for transactions and adds an extra layer of security to your account.

  • Important Note: Each email and mobile number can be used to register only one XREX Pay account.


How to apply for a corporate account?

Please follow the steps below to apply for a corporate account:

Written Steps to Obtain the Corporate Application Form:

  1. Click Verify now from the homepage.

  2. Select the Corporate icon.

  3. Click Go corporate.

  4. Press Apply & contact me, and you'll receive an email with further instructions and an application form.

  5. Kindly complete and submit the required documents/details within the application form, and the XREX Pay team will take over from there.


Required Documents:

Company Documents:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

  2. Business Profile/ACRA (indicating active status and issued within the last 6 months)

  3. Memorandum & Articles of Association/Constitution (or equivalent)

  4. Certificate of Incumbency/Good Standing (if applicable)

  5. Proof of Business Address (issued within the last 3 months)

  6. Shareholder Registry (issued within the last 6 months)

  7. Director Registry (issued within the last 6 months)

  8. Ownership Structure Document

Proof of Identity and Residence for Key Individuals:

The following individuals will be requested to provide documentary proof of their identity and residence:

  1. Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)shares

  2. Authorised representative(s) appointed to open and manage an account with XREX


    *We would require a Letter of Authorisation from the company’s directors, confirming the delegated authorities of these individuals, including authorised signatories and platform users.

Source of Wealth/Source of Funds (SOW/SOF):

The company will need to provide SOW/SOF documentation indicating the origins of the wealth/funds.

The services available to you depend on your jurisdiction and location. Additionally, each document must be within the 3 MB size limit and in one of the supported formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
