How to add an address to my XREX Pay address book?

Add the address you want to deposit from or withdraw to before making a transaction.

XREX currently supports TRC20-USDT for cryptocurrency transactions. To deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency to or from XREX Pay, you must complete identity verification, add your address to the address book, and enable 2FA.

To add your address, navigate to XREX Pay web page and log in:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.

  2. Select Address Book, then choose USDT address.

  3. Click on Add USDT address.

  4. Select your wallet type.

  5. Choose the wallet ownership and enter the required information accordingly.
    - You may need to provide details such as the platform, network, address, account registered name, verification video, and purpose of this address.
    - The required information may vary depending on the platform your address belongs to.

  6. Click Submit.

  7. Your address verification will be reviewed in 1-3 business days.

  8. Once verified, we recommend making a small deposit or withdrawal to test the transaction.


Important notes:

  • Address verification typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the submitted application.

  • Any incorrect or inconsistent address information may result in verification rejection. If your verification is rejected due to incorrect information, please reapply with the accurate wallet details.

  • USDT transactions can only be processed after your wallet address is successfully added.

  • Providing an incorrect wallet address may result in failed deposits/withdrawals and could incur additional service charges.

  • If you need to resubmit your wallet verification video, please contact your Business Development (BD) manager for assistance.
