To deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency to or from XREX Pay, you must complete identity verification, add your address to the address book, and enable 2FA.
XREX currently supports TRC20-USDT transactions for both non-custodial and custodial wallets. Some non-custodial wallets are only available via mobile apps, while others can be accessed through desktop browser extensions. Please ensure you are using a compatible device and have the required wallet app installed.

How to add a non-custodial wallet address to my address book?
To add your non-custodial wallet address, log in to your XREX Pay account and follow the steps:
1. Go to Address Book
Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Address Book, then choose USDT address.
2. Choose Wallet Type
Click Add USDT address.
Under the Non-custodial wallets section, select the wallet you want to add.
Choose the appropriate wallet ownership.
3. Connect Your Wallet
Click Connect wallet to link your non-custodial wallet to your XREX Pay account.
4. Sign the Verification Message
After connecting, you’ll be prompted to sign a one-time verification message to prove wallet ownership.
Click Verify to proceed.
Note: This action is not a blockchain transaction and does not incur any gas fees. Please do not close your browser during the process.
5. Label Your Wallet (Optional)
You may assign a label to help manage your wallet more easily.
Choose from the following options:
Send to and receive from XREX Pay
Send to XREX Pay
Receive from XREX Pay
6. Submit for Review
Review all the information, then click Submit.
After submitting, you may close the XREX Pay web page. Your wallet address will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Once the review is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your address has been verified.
7. Test the Address (Optional)
Once your wallet is verified, we recommend making a small deposit or withdrawal to ensure everything is working correctly.
How to add a custodial wallet address to my address book?
To add your custodial wallet address, log in to your XREX Pay account and follow the steps:
1. Go to Address Book
Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Address Book, then choose USDT address.
2. Choose Wallet Type
Click Add USDT address.
Under the Exchange/ Platform section, select your wallet type.
Choose the appropriate wallet ownership.
Enter the required information accordingly.
You may need to provide details such as the platform, network, address, account registered name, verification video, and the purpose of this address.
The required information may vary depending on the platform your address belongs to.
3. Label Your Wallet (Optional)
You may assign a label to help manage your wallet more easily.
Choose from the following options:
Send to and receive from XREX Pay
Send to XREX Pay
Receive from XREX Pay
4. Submit for Review
Review all the information, then click Submit.
After submitting, you may close the XREX Pay web page. Your wallet address will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Once the review is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your address has been verified.
5. Test the Address (Optional)
Once your wallet is verified, we recommend making a small deposit or withdrawal to ensure everything is working correctly.
Important notes:
Address verification typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the submitted application.
Any incorrect or inconsistent address information may result in verification rejection. If your verification is rejected due to incorrect information, please reapply with the accurate wallet details.
USDT transactions can only be processed after your wallet address is successfully added.
Providing an incorrect wallet address may result in failed deposits/withdrawals and could incur additional service charges.
