How to add a Singapore dollar bank account?

To use the Singapore Dollar (SGD) for deposits and withdrawals, you must first link your bank account to your verified XREX Pay account.

Steps to add an SGD bank account:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the Home screen.

  2. Select Bank accounts.

  3. Select SGD Bank account option.

  4. Select Add SGD bank account.

  5. Fill in the required information and provide the account verification documents. Please note that each bank detail shall be filled out according to the requested information. We recommend you check with your bank for any difficulties when filling in your bank account information.

  6. Confirm that you are not a taxpayer in the US and select Submit. The relevant team will review your account, and the review process may take approximately 1-3 business days.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is an account nickname?

    An account nickname refers to the remarks you save for this bank account. You can choose to name it however you like (eg. My Bank, XX Bank, etc.) for easy future reference.


Important notes:

  • Please select the bank branch according to the branch code. The bank branches' names are provided for reference only, as they may be subject to changes made by the bank. Please contact us if you are not able to find your relevant branch code in our list.

  • XREX Pay only accepts bank accounts held in your name and matches your identity verification documents. All other attempts to add bank accounts that use aliases, joint accounts, etc. will be rejected.
