Switching to a new tool doesn’t have to be complicated. With xTiles, you can quickly import your existing notes, tasks, and ideas from other platforms, or export your work for use elsewhere. Our import and export features help keep your content organized and accessible, making it easier to continue your workflow without interruption. Let’s dive into the powerful import and export features that simplify your workflow.

How to Export from xTiles

xTiles allows you to export content from all page types — creative pages, collections, and documents — in formats such as PDF, PNG, Markdown, or CSV.

  • Creative pages and documents: PDF, PNG, Markdown

  • Collection pages (Table, Board, Gallery, Calendar, Timeline): PNG, CSV

You can export one page at a time. Exporting an entire project is not currently supported.
