Manage All Your Tasks with the Task Panel
Tasks in xTiles can exist across different projects, pages, subpages, tiles, and collection items, so it’s easy to have many tasks at once. To help you stay organized, we created a dedicated Task Panel that gives you a complete overview of all your tasks in one place.
Web/Desktop: Open the Task Panel from the top-right corner of your workspace.
Mobile: Access your tasks from a dedicated screen.
The Task Panel organizes your tasks into the following sections:
Today: Tasks due today
Upcoming: Tasks scheduled for future days
Inbox Tasks: Tasks with no due date assigned
Assigned: Tasks assigned to you or by you
Priority: Tasks organized by assigned priority (Low, Meidum, High)
Completed: Tasks you’ve finished
With the Task Panel, you can quickly view, manage, and track all your tasks — whether they’re assigned to you or others — no matter where you are in xTiles.
To access Task Panel, click on the task icon pinned in the top right corner of your xTiles workspace.
