Overview

The Contact Widget app is a powerful tool designed to help Shopify store owners communicate with their customers more effectively. The app provides a solution that can be easily integrated into a store's website, allowing customers to get in touch with the store owner or customer support team quickly and easily.

How to activate the contact widget

In Shopify 2.0 theme, you just need to go to online store > themes > select the theme which support app blocks > customize > click on app embeds and activate the Contact widget app.

Customizations

There are multiple form types that you can select from:

  • WhatsApp chat

  • Messenger

  • Telegram

  • Viber

  • WeChat

  • Line

  • Phone number

  • Contact form and a send email button

Customization options are available for the widget's icon and background, allowing you to select a custom image or change the icon color. You can also choose the position of the widget from the left or right and select different options for mobile devices.

If you select the contact form as your form type, you can further customize the content and language of the form to suit your store's needs.

The Contact Widget app also includes spam protection features to prevent unwanted messages from being submitted through the contact form. Additionally, the app sends email notifications to store owners whenever a customer submits a contact form, allowing them to respond in a timely manner.

By using the Contact Widget app, Shopify store owners can provide excellent customer support and increase sales by ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
