Document Output
Users can now download generated documents as an editable Word file via the product page or the saved project page. To download, select the ‘Print Document’ option located next to the ‘Save’ icon.
The Xylem Solver User Guide has been revised to include this update.
Xylect Project Import
Users can now import legacy projects from Xylect into Solver upon their next login. A one-time import prompt will appear if matching part numbers and model names are found in both systems.
If the imported Xylect project includes curve and duty point data, Solver will display them on the graph in read-only mode. These reference-only curves are visible for context but cannot be edited.

3656/3756 S Group Series:
Pricing has been updated for part number 6BF2G4C0.
DOMO / DOC / DL / DOMO GRI:
“SG” (without float switch) has been removed from three-phase DOMO pumps, as float switches are not included by default. Applied across related series.
e-HME - seal configuration update:
Seal options BVE, QQK, and BQK have been removed. Only the following configuration is now available:
Rotating Face: Carbon, Silicon Carbide
Stationary Face: Silicon Carbide
Elastomers: EPDM, Viton
e-SV and e-SV Low NPSH - configuration fixes:
Restored missing configuration options from version 2220.
The "Z" option is no longer pre-selected or locked.
“Please Select” is the new default in Special and Additional Configuration.
Updated and corrected availability of configuration options based on pump orientation and features.
e-XC:
Working Pressure Update: The maximum allowable working pressure has been increased from 16 bar to 25 bar for applications with an inlet pressure head of 80 meters or more.
Witness Testing Pricing: Updated pricing for witness testing is now applied.
MCC, MCS, NPE, and NPO - Seal prices have been updated across all these series.
Lowara Products
e-HM:
QQV mechanical seal type has been added to address earlier limitations with TM QQV combinations.
e-SV :
The Oval Flange [T] (AISI 304) option has been removed where not applicable to prevent invalid selections.
e-SV Hydrovar X:
Australia/NZ Region Update: Product codes for 3/4 kW motor pumps now include “/A” to reflect correct regional specification.
Configuration Fix: The missing VFD field has been added to the configuration page.
e-XC:
Now available in Solver with Siemens/Innomotics motors. Applicable for users in the SEA region.
Lowara - Central-North Europe Series:
Selected features and options have been removed from the GHV and SMB series (e.g., Optical Sensor, Without Vessel, and Drinking Water Certificate).
The PMA feature is now standard, and some VFD voltage options now require contacting the factory.
