Standard vs. Non-Standard Configuration:
New Feature: Solver now provides visibility into whether a selected product configuration is classified as Standard or Non‑Standard. This feature helps users understand which configurations align with Xylem’s approved standard offerings and which selections move outside standard configurations.
Currently, this feature is available for select Flygt product series.
Use this option when you want to ensure faster and more predictable product selection, especially when standard lead times and commercial alignment are required.
PLATFORM MAINTENANCE
General
Translation Issue Fixed: The Danish language translation issue has been resolved.
Solver - Efficiency Data Mismatch: Resolved an issue where efficiency data in the Curve Analysis section of Solver did not match the data in the downloaded document. Values are now consistent across both the application and the report.
Goulds Water Technology (GWT) Products
e-XC Series:
Configuration Update: The 200 V voltage option has been removed from the GWT e-XC pump configuration.
Products Obsoleted: Several pump sizes are now obsolete and are no longer configurable: 3x5x8, 3x5x8.5, 4x5x6, 4x5x6.5, 5x6x8.5, 5x6x9, 6x8x6, 6x8x6.5, 5x6x7, 5x6x7.5.
Lowara Products
CO Series:
Data Issue – ANZ Product Availability: The CO500/22 single-phase motor and Lowara CA series pumps are now available and visible in Solver for Australian and New Zealand users.
e-NSC Series:
Trimmed Impeller Product Code: The product code for NSC 250-315-150A-L65 has been corrected, now correctly displaying as NSCF 250-315/150A/L65VDN4.
Solver – Base Plate Weight Data: Weight data for the Base Plate has been added to the e-NSC series and is now available in the dimensions table within Solver.
GEM Series:
Joining Kit Display for GEM 2: Correction made to ensure the JOINING KIT I1660 D100 P16 (PN 109423790) is correctly shown in the printed document for GEM 2 with two modules.
GHV Series:
Lowara GHV SVX – EMEA Product Range: The EMEA range of Lowara GHV SVX booster sets has been updated with new pumps up to 25 bar and new close valve models; DACH/NORDIC CB and CX versions excluded.
