I see I can add "Requested Ship Date" to each line item, but I want the entire order shipped at the same time. How do I do that?

We are currently working on enhancements that would allow you do this in the future. For now, vou can select the same date on each of the line items so that our distribution center has visibility to the dates and can handle the line items appropriately.
