YouGov A.I. Personas gives you fast, intuitive access to the depth of YouGov’s audience intelligence data. So you can build and explore rich customer personas and uncover deeper consumer insights.
A.I. Personas taps into the ever-growing YouGov Profiles US dataset, which encompasses in-depth surveys of 440,000 consumers and provides unrivaled granularity on how they think, live and shop.
Explore brand usage and perception, hobbies and interests, media preferences, and more.
Step 1: Open YouGov AI Personas
Click ‘YouGov AI Personas’ in the sidebar navigation, or click ‘AI Personas’ one the home page of Yabble.
Step 2: Create your audience
Click ‘Create your audience’.
Define your topic of interest and target audience, and click ‘Find’. The A.I. will start clustering data from Profiles into a set of useful personas.
Review your audience summary, sample size, and key attributes, then click ‘Create my A.I. Personas’.
It takes a few minutes for your personas to generate.
Step 3: Meet your Personas
Once your personas have generated, you can dive into more detail about their key attributes.
This includes details like age, gender, location, personality traits, behavior, pain points and other key attributes relating to your topic.
Click ‘See attributes’ on each of your personas to view these attributes in more detail.
Step 4: Start asking questions
Now, there are two ways to interact with YouGov A.I. Personas to mine valuable insights from the Profiles dataset.
You can ask questions in the main chat window to talk to the audience as a whole, and reveal broad insights about your audience as a collective.
If you want some inspiration for what to ask, there are some sample prompts at the top of the chat window. Or, you can simply type in the chat field ‘what questions should I ask these personas?’ and our A.I. will recommend some questions to get you started.
The second way you can interact is by chatting to individual personas. If you are looking for segment-specific insights, simply click on the persona you want to chat with, and start having a conversation.
Ask what shapes their choices. How they see the world. What they’re watching and where. Why they love certain brands. All through a simple, intuitive chat.
