The Home page gives you a current view of revenue, guest engagement, marketing performance, and automation across your Yada workspace.

Open the dashboard

  1. Sign in to Yada.

  2. Select Home in the left navigation.

Headline metrics

The first two cards adapt to the data available in your workspace. They can show influenced revenue, messages sent by Yada, Yada-driven nights, occupancy, opportunities, or messages sent.

Comparisons use the most recent 90 days and the prior 90 days where enough data is available. Select a card's action to open the related opportunities, campaigns, or listings view.

Marketing performance

The Marketing section shows the path from campaigns sent to contacts reached, email engagement, opportunities, wins, and attributed revenue. It also highlights your top campaigns and journeys.

Automation

The Automation section summarizes journey and Guest Signal activity. Use it to see whether automations are active and to open the relevant feature for more detail.

When the dashboard is empty

Yada shows setup prompts until your workspace has enough activity. Connect a messaging channel, create a campaign, or activate a journey or signal to begin populating results.

Note: Dashboard attribution is directional. Open Opportunities and the individual campaign or journey for the underlying records.
