After Guesty is connected, Yada uses the integration to build the host workspace and keep guest activity current.
What Yada syncs
Listings and listing content, including amenities, photos, custom fields, saved replies, and template messages.
Guests, contacts, reservations, stays, and reviews.
Guest conversations used by the Inbox and AI messaging features.
Calendar availability and booking data used by portfolio views.
Ongoing updates
Guesty webhooks deliver supported changes as they happen. Background synchronization and scheduled jobs reconcile data that is better processed in batches.
Manual controls
Open Settings → PMS Sync to manually sync reviews, contacts and reservations, listings and content, or calendar data. Guesty workspaces can also choose whether Yada uses the Guesty nickname or title as the listing name.
If data stops updating
Open Settings → Integrations → Guesty. If Yada reports an invalid token, create a fresh Guesty integration token and use the Repair connection form.
