Connect Quo to Yada

Connect a Quo account with an API key so Yada can sync contacts, use business phone numbers, and configure webhooks.

Quo, formerly OpenPhone, gives Yada access to your business phone numbers for contact synchronization and supported SMS workflows.

Before you connect

Create or retrieve an API key in Quo. The key must have access to the numbers you plan to use.

Connect Quo

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Select Quo.

  3. Paste the API key in Quo API Key.

  4. Select Connect.

Yada verifies the key by retrieving your phone numbers and configures the integration webhooks.

After connecting

Select a marketing number, configure the optional new-booking welcome message, and run the contact backfill if existing contacts should be created or updated in Quo.

Repair a connection

If you rotate the key or add numbers, paste the new key in Update API Key (Repair) and select Repair.
