Yada authenticates a domain before using it for marketing email. This protects deliverability and keeps sender and tracked-link branding consistent.
Add a sending domain
Open Settings → Integrations → Email.
Select a sending-domain strategy. A dedicated marketing subdomain, such as mail.example.com, is usually the cleanest option.
Enter the root domain and subdomain details requested by Yada.
Create the domain configuration.
Publish DNS records
Add every record shown by Yada at your DNS provider. Use the exact host and value displayed. If you use Cloudflare, keep email-authentication CNAME records set to DNS only rather than proxied.
Yada also shows a recommended DMARC record when appropriate. DNS changes can take time to propagate.
Verify and configure defaults
Return to the Email integration and run verification. After authentication succeeds, set the default sender email, sender name, and optional reply-to address.
Branded link tracking
Create the branded-link configuration, publish the displayed DNS records, and verify it separately. This keeps tracked links on your domain instead of a shared sending-service domain.
