Every active Yada listing has a guest-facing guidebook. Add that link to the Hostaway messages where guests are most likely to need property information.
Copy the guidebook link
Open Listings in Yada.
Select the listing.
Select Copy guidebook link.
Add it in Hostaway
Open the relevant automated message in Hostaway.
Add a short introduction and the listing's Yada guidebook link.
Save the automated message.
Send or preview a test for the same listing before enabling it broadly.
Choose useful messages
Guidebook links are most useful in booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, and in-stay messages. Keep the wording clear so guests know the guidebook contains property instructions and answers.
