Open Website → Website Widget. Make changes in the settings form and save.

Set the greeting, primary color, and avatar. Use an image that remains clear at small size and a greeting that explains how Yada can help.

Select which side of the screen anchors the launcher. Configure opener messages that invite a visitor to begin a useful conversation without covering important website controls.

You can make the widget open in an expanded state when the page loads. Use this carefully on mobile. Pixel-only mode hides chat while retaining the supported website tracking behavior.

Save changes, open the live website in a private browser window, and test desktop and mobile layouts. Confirm the widget does not obscure booking buttons, cookie controls, or navigation.
