Brand settings control how Yada presents your company and how AI-assisted and marketing messages sound.

Open Brand settings

  1. Open Settings in the left navigation.

  2. Select Brand.

  3. Make your changes and select Save Changes.

Sender and booking details

Set the sender first and last name, direct booking website URL, workspace timezone, and brand location. Yada uses these details in guest-facing links and time-sensitive messaging.

Company identity

Upload your logo, enter your company name, and add an About description. These details can appear in guest-facing experiences.

Brand voice

Describe the voice, tone, formality, typical audience, preferred language, and any words or claims Yada should avoid. Use Generate from company info when available, then review the result before saving.

Message signatures

Configure separate SMS, plain-text email, and formatted email signatures. Keep SMS signatures short because they count toward message length.

Guest contact and special offer

Add the guest-facing reply email and phone number. You can also set the default special-offer text used in eligible guest experiences.

Email design and personalization defaults

Build reusable email header and footer content for visual-builder emails. Set fallback values for personalization tokens so messages still read naturally when a contact or listing value is missing.
