Yada normally keeps connected PMS data current through webhooks and background work. PMS Sync provides manual controls for setup, recovery, and catch-up operations.
Open PMS Sync
Open Settings → PMS Sync.
Guests, reservations, and reviews
Sync all reviews with PMS: imports reviews and updates contact review data.
Sync all contacts & reservations: creates or updates contacts and stays from PMS reservations.
Analyze Guesty host responses: uses sentiment on supported Guesty review responses to update the internal contact rating.
Listings and OTA content
Sync new listings and refresh amenities, photos, custom fields, saved replies, and template messages. Guesty workspaces can choose whether listing names use the Guesty nickname or title on the next sync.
Calendar
Start a background calendar sync for connected PMS accounts. View details to follow the current run, refresh its status, and see when a lock prevents overlapping runs.
Note: These operations run in the background. Large workspaces can take time to finish after the button returns.
