A journey's detail page combines configuration and performance for one event-driven automation.

Open journey results

Open Marketing → Journeys and select a journey. The summary shows active enrollments, influenced revenue, and the number of properties covered.

Use the Enrollments tab

Review individual executions, their status, current step, timing, and linked contact context. Cancel an in-progress enrollment when future messages for that guest should stop.

Pause the journey

Turn off the journey's active state to stop new qualifying enrollments. Existing execution behavior can depend on its current state, so review active enrollments separately.

Update safely

Before changing a live trigger, listing scope, or message sequence, note the active-enrollment count and expected downstream effect. Save the change, then verify newly qualifying records behave as intended.

Validate conversions

Use Opportunities and linked booking data to confirm significant results. Influenced revenue is useful directional attribution, not a substitute for financial reconciliation.
