After Hostaway is connected, Yada imports the property and guest data needed by listings, guidebooks, the Inbox, automation, and marketing.

Guests, contacts, reservations, and stays.
Guest conversations used by the Inbox and AI messaging features.

Ongoing updates
Hostaway webhooks deliver supported reservation and conversation changes. Background synchronization reconciles larger datasets and scheduled calendar work.
Manual controls
Open Settings → PMS Sync when you need to run a full contacts and reservations sync, listing-content sync, review sync, or calendar sync.
If data stops updating
Open Settings → Integrations → Hostaway. If Yada reports an invalid token, create a fresh Hostaway integration token and use the Repair connection form.
