AI Agents are specialized Yada teammates that work on defined parts of the guest and revenue workflow. The feature is currently in beta.

Open AI Agents

Select AI Agents in the left navigation. Each card shows the agent's purpose, whether it is enabled, actions during the last 24 hours, and work that needs review.

Turn an agent on or off

Use the switch on an agent card, or open Details and use the page action. Turning an agent off stops new agent actions; it does not remove the activity history.

Choose the autonomy level

  • Draft & approve: the agent prepares messages for a person to review.

  • Autopilot: the agent can send within configured guardrails. Risky or high-value cases can still be escalated.

Deal Agent

The Deal Agent works opportunities that are already in progress. It pauses nurture messaging when a guest replies, prepares or sends the next response, and escalates uncertain or high-value deals with context.

Enabling the Deal Agent deactivates active legacy journeys triggered by an opportunity entering the in-progress stage so the two systems do not contact the same guest.

Review activity

The hub shows recent activity across agents. An agent's detail page shows its own activity log, including actions, review states, and cases that need a person.
