Hostaway connects with an Account ID and Integration Token created from the Yada entry in the Hostaway Marketplace.
Create Hostaway credentials
Sign in to Hostaway with an account that can manage Marketplace integrations.
Open the Marketplace and find Yada.
Open the Yada marketplace entry and select the connect action.
Create a new secret access token.
Copy both the Account ID and the complete Integration Token. Treat the token as a password.
Connect in Yada
Open Settings → Integrations.
Select Hostaway.
Enter the Account ID and Integration Token, then select Create Integration.
Optional: install the website widget
Open Website → Manage Widget and copy the installation code.
In Hostaway, open the Booking Engine settings and add the code to the site's supported scripts or custom-code area, then save.
After connecting
Yada starts importing supported listings, reservations, contacts, and conversations. Initial historical imports can take time. Open Settings → PMS Sync to run a manual catch-up sync or Settings → Integrations → Hostaway to confirm the Connected status.
