Use a manual listing sync when a new PMS property has not appeared yet or when listing content needs an immediate refresh.
Run the sync
Confirm the PMS shows Connected under Settings → Integrations.
Open Settings → PMS Sync.
Find Listings & OTA Content.
Select Sync for Sync all listings & listing content with PMS.
The job pulls new listings and refreshes supported amenities, photos, custom fields, saved replies, and template messages in the background.
Guesty listing names
If Guesty is connected, choose Nickname or Title before starting the sync. The preference applies during the next listing sync.
If a listing is still missing
Confirm it is active and accessible to the connected PMS credentials. Repair the integration if Yada reports an invalid token, then run the listing sync again.
