The Listings page is the starting point for property content, guidebooks, AI training, forms, galleries, and listing settings.

Search by listing name and use status filters to focus on active or inactive properties. Each card shows core listing information and recent guidebook activity when available.

Select a listing to review its Content, Knowledge Base, Gallery, Forms, and Settings tabs. The page also provides the public guidebook link and AI training controls.

Select multiple listings to run supported actions such as activating or deactivating properties and scheduling AI retraining. Subscription limits can restrict how many listings are active.

Select Listing Groups when the same information should apply to several properties. Use Smart Spaces for QR and printable guest materials.
