Content cards are structured facts about a property. They can represent amenities, frequently asked questions, public PMS content, custom fields, and saved replies.
Write for a guest question
Use a clear title and answer the likely question in the first sentence. Include property-specific details such as location, steps, limits, hours, fees, or troubleshooting guidance.
Good example
Title: How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
Text: Select “Lake House Guest” and enter “welcome2026”. The router is on the living-room bookshelf. If it is offline, unplug it for 30 seconds and reconnect it.
Avoid vague text
“Wi-Fi is available” does not tell a guest how to connect. Avoid internal shorthand, unsupported promises, and instructions copied from another property.
Set importance thoughtfully
High-importance cards receive more attention in content-completion views and guest experiences. Reserve them for information guests commonly need.
