Yada provides two different controls for listings that should no longer be active.

Deactivation turns off the listing and AI responding but keeps it visible for management. Open the listing, select Settings, and use Deactivate. You can also select listings in the main grid and use the bulk deactivation action.

Archiving hides the listing from the normal listings view. Open the listing, select Settings, and use Archive listing in the Danger Zone.

Archived listings can be restored later from the archived-listings view. Archiving in Yada does not delete the source listing from your PMS.

Check active journeys, campaigns, opportunities, guidebook links, and on-site QR materials. A printed QR code can still be scanned, so remove or replace signage when a property leaves your portfolio.
