After Quo is connected, its integration page controls the phone number and contact behavior Yada uses.
Choose the marketing number
Open Settings → Integrations → Quo.
In Marketing number, choose a number that can send SMS.
Select Save marketing number.
Numbers still porting or restricted from SMS cannot be selected.
Configure the welcome message
Enter and save the message first, then enable the welcome-message switch. Yada sends it once when a new booking arrives from the PMS. Imports, CSV uploads, backfills, manually created contacts, and opted-out guests do not trigger it.
Backfill existing contacts
Use Contact backfill to synchronize existing contacts with valid phone numbers to Quo. Contacts already synchronized are skipped. The backfill runs in the background and can be restarted after a failure.
Repair and diagnose
Use the Repair field after rotating the Quo API key or adding numbers. Webhook Debug retrieves the webhooks Quo currently has registered for the integration.
