Connect and Configure Slack

Authorize Yada in Slack, select conversation and event channels, and choose which notifications are delivered.

The Slack integration sends selected Yada conversation and workspace notifications to Slack channels.

Connect Slack

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Slack.

  2. Select Add to Slack.

  3. Choose the Slack workspace and approve the requested access.

  4. Return to Yada.

Select channels

Use Reload Channels after adding or renaming a Slack channel. Choose a Conversations Inbox Channel and a Notifications & Events Channel, then save the channel configuration.

Choose notification events

Use the notification switches on the integration page to choose what Yada sends to Slack. You can also manage the Slack channel for supported events from Settings → Notifications.

Reconnect when needed

If channels stop loading or Slack access is revoked, reconnect the workspace from the Slack integration page, reload channels, and save the routing again.
