AI settings control how Yada responds to guest conversations. Open Settings → AI, make your changes, and select Save Changes.
Automatic safeguards
AI accuracy and teammate backoff are managed automatically. Accuracy blocks replies that are not supported by your content, while backoff pauses AI after a teammate replies so it does not talk over them.
Small talk and language
AI Small Talk: allow replies to acknowledgements, gratitude, and simple updates.
Respond in English Only: always reply in English instead of matching the guest's language.
Custom signature
Enable a custom signature to append a short disclosure or brand note to AI messages, then enter the signature text.
Approval controls
Approve All AI Messages: require a person to approve every AI reply before it is sent.
Approve Uncertain AI Messages: send lower-confidence replies for approval. When disabled, Yada rejects uncertain replies instead of sending them.
AI response delay
Set how long Yada waits before replying so a teammate has time to respond first. A value of 0 sends without an added delay. The maximum is automatically kept at least two minutes below the current Buy Time delay.
