Yada does not use one fixed interval for every PMS data type.
Event-driven updates
Supported PMS webhooks deliver reservation, conversation, and other changes soon after the provider sends them.
Background synchronization
Larger datasets such as historical contacts, listings, reviews, and calendars are also reconciled by background jobs. Initial imports and large accounts can take longer than individual webhook updates.
Manual synchronization
Open Settings → PMS Sync to manually start a reviews, contacts and reservations, listings and content, or calendar sync. Manual runs are useful after connecting or repairing a PMS and when you need a change sooner.
When to troubleshoot
If several data types stop changing, check Settings → Integrations for a token-repair warning. If only one record is stale, confirm that the source PMS record is active and complete before running the relevant manual sync.
