A Smart Spaces cover card gives guests a scannable entry point to a listing's Yada guidebook.
Create one cover card
Open Smart Spaces and find the listing by searching or scrolling.
Open the Cover menu and choose the PDF style. Yada supports light and dark cover designs. Generate the file and use the success dialog to download, print, or send it by email.
Yada also emails the generated-file link to the configured recipient.
Download only the QR image
Choose the Cover QR option when you need a PNG for your own sign or design.
Create cards in bulk
Use the bulk cover action to merge cover cards for all active listings into one PDF.
Before printing: Open the public guidebook, confirm the listing name and brand details, and test the QR code from the final print size.
