Listing Groups reduce duplicate work when several properties share the same policies, amenities, or operating instructions.

Create a group

  1. Open Listings → Listing Groups.

  2. Select Create group.

  3. Name the group and open it.

  4. Add the listings that should inherit the shared knowledge.

Add shared content

Use the Content tab for structured cards and the Knowledge Base tab for free-form guidance. Changes are saved to the group and become available to its member listings.

Choose good group boundaries

Group properties only when the information is truly shared—for example, one building, resort, market, or operations team. Keep property-specific access, Wi-Fi, parking, and equipment details on the individual listing.

Maintain membership

Use the group's listing controls to add or remove properties. Review group knowledge whenever operating policies change.
