Yada automatically creates a public guidebook experience from each listing's approved content.
Prepare the source content
Open the listing and review Content, Knowledge Base, and Gallery. Confirm high-priority FAQs and amenities, mark amenity availability correctly, and remove outdated instructions.
Choose highlighted content
Open Settings → Guidebook. Select the high-priority amenities and FAQ cards that should receive prominent guidebook placement, then save.
Open and share a guidebook
From the listing page, use the guidebook action to open the public experience or copy its link. Add the link to supported PMS automated messages, or generate a Smart Spaces cover card and QR code.
Verify before guests use it
Open the public link in a private browser window. Test key navigation, listing images, Wi-Fi and arrival information, and every printed QR code.
Monitor usage
The listing workspace shows recent guidebook activity when tracking data is available. Use that signal to identify properties that may need better placement or more complete content.
