The Knowledge Base editor stores longer, free-form information for a listing or listing group. It is useful for procedures, exceptions, and contextual instructions.

Add listing-specific knowledge

  1. Open Listings and select a property.

  2. Open the Knowledge Base tab.

  3. Add or revise the text and save.

Add shared knowledge

Open Listings → Listing Groups, select a group, and use its Knowledge Base tab. Group knowledge is appropriate only when the same instruction applies to every member property.

Write scannable source material

Use descriptive headings, short paragraphs, numbered steps, exact hours, and explicit exceptions. Avoid internal-only notes, secrets, unsupported claims, or information that conflicts with a structured content card.

Review AI behavior

After a substantial change, retrain the listing AI and ask realistic questions in the test chat. Inspect the cited source and correct ambiguous or conflicting material.
