Yada can require approval for every AI reply or only for replies that do not meet its confidence and relevance safeguards.
Choose when approval is required
Open Settings → AI. Enable Approve All AI Messages to review every reply, or enable Approve Uncertain AI Messages to review lower-confidence replies. When uncertain-message approval is off, Yada rejects uncertain replies instead of sending them.
Choose how you are notified
Open Settings → Notifications and configure the AI reply needs approval event for in-app, email, SMS, browser, or Slack delivery.
Review an approval
The approval page shows property details, the guest's original query, the proposed AI response, conversation history, and reservation context when available.
Select Edit to change the reply before sending.
Select Approve to send the reviewed response.
Select Reject when no AI response should be sent.
Improve future answers
When the approval includes suggested content-card changes, review and save those changes separately. Better listing content gives later AI replies stronger source material.
