Campaigns are one-time messages sent to a selected audience. For event-based, multi-step automation, use a Journey instead.

Create a campaign

Open Marketing → Campaigns, select Create campaign, and choose SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Complete the Basics, Audience, Content, and Launch steps.

Build the audience

Choose inclusion and exclusion lists. Yada automatically considers active suppression lists and shows the final recipient count.

Complete channel requirements

  • SMS: choose an available provider, stay within the message limit, and include required STOP language.

  • Email: add subject and content, then send a test email.

  • WhatsApp: choose an approved template and map its variables.

Launch or save

Send now, schedule for a local date and time, or save a draft. Preflight checks can warn about SMS cooldowns and WhatsApp US recipients.

Manage and measure

Depending on status, pause, resume, unschedule, cancel, clone, archive, or retry failed SMS deliveries. The detail page shows delivery, recipients, and email open and click activity.
