Guest conversations often reveal missing property instructions. Yada can analyze supported message history and suggest new listing content cards.
Generate suggestions
Open Listings and select a property.
Open the generate menu.
Choose the option to generate from guest messages.
Wait for Yada to prepare suggested cards.
Review before accepting
Read every title and answer. Remove private guest details, reservation-specific facts, temporary exceptions, door codes, and anything that does not apply to future stays. Edit ambiguous wording and accept only durable property knowledge.
Validate the result
Find the accepted cards in the Content tab, set the right importance, and add media if useful. Retrain the listing AI and test the questions that originally exposed the gap.
