Yada Marketing combines audience management, one-time sends, event-driven automation, timely guest signals, and revenue follow-up.

1. Prepare channels and brand settings

Connect email, SMS/Quo, or WhatsApp under Settings → Integrations. Complete Brand settings, verify email DNS, and review the sending safeguards under Marketing settings.

2. Build trustworthy contact data

Open Contacts to review imported guests, add a contact, upload CSV data, and find duplicates. Confirm channel eligibility, consent, and opt-out status.

3. Create reusable Lists

Lists are audiences for campaigns, journeys, signals, and calling. Use manual lists for explicit membership and dynamic lists for rule-based membership. Create suppression lists for contacts who must be excluded.

4. Choose the right sending tool

  • Campaign: one-time send to a selected audience.

  • Journey: multi-step automation triggered by an inquiry, booking, stay, loyalty, or opportunity event.

  • Guest Signal: time-sensitive detected opportunity that can be reviewed or automated.

5. Follow revenue outcomes

Use Opportunities to manage New, In Progress, Won, and Lost work. Use Home and the source campaign or journey for performance, then reconcile material revenue with booking records.

6. Expand gradually

Start with a small audience, test every link and fallback, review delivery and replies, and expand only after the workflow behaves as intended.
