Guest Signals identifies time-sensitive opportunities from guest and portfolio data, then places them in a review queue.

Review the queue

Open Marketing → Guest Signals. Filter by status, signal type, and listing. Open a signal to review the reason, contact, listing, timing, and suggested action.

Generate and send

Generate a suggested message, choose an eligible SMS or email channel, and edit the result as needed. Accept to send or schedule the supported action. Dismiss signals that are irrelevant, duplicate, unsafe, or no longer timely and record the reason.

Use batch review

The daily-review flow can generate and review several open signals together. Read every message and recipient before confirming a batch.

Configure automation

Open Settings → Guest Signals. Automatic sending is off by default for each signal type. You can configure:

  • Allowed signal types and message guidance for each type.

  • Minimum confidence score, daily cap, and retry attempts.

  • Review delay, quiet hours, and timezone.

  • Eligible SMS, email, and WhatsApp channels.

WhatsApp requires an approved template for each automated signal type and falls back only according to the configured channel behavior.

Monitor outcomes

Use the activity feed and headline metrics to review sends, replies, open opportunities, and wins. Tune thresholds based on quality as well as volume.
