Marketing settings help prevent bursty outreach and control how campaign SMS links are measured.
Open Marketing settings
Open Settings → Marketing.
Guest Signals cooldown
Set the number of days between Signal sends to the same contact. This cooldown applies to Signal SMS and email. The default is 21 days; 0 disables it.
Campaign SMS cooldown
Set the number of days between campaign SMS sends to the same contact. It is evaluated independently from the Signal cooldown. The default is 21 days; 0 disables it.
Autoresponses, Inbox replies, and transactional sends are not governed by these outreach cooldowns.
SMS link shortening
Enable SMS link shortening to replace URLs in campaign messages with app.yada.ai short links. Shortening reduces link length and enables contact-level click-through tracking.
Recommendation: Reduce or disable cooldowns only with a documented messaging policy and close monitoring of consent, complaints, and opt-outs.
