Yada connects to Track (TrackHS) to synchronize reservations, contacts, and guest data.
Before you connect
Obtain the Track API URL for your account plus an API Key and API Secret. Treat both credentials as passwords.
Connect Track
Open Settings → Integrations.
Select Track.
Enter the API URL, key, and secret.
Select Connect Track.
Review synchronization
Track is polled automatically every two hours. Use the dry-run preview to inspect the synchronization window and potential listing-mapping gaps before starting a manual full sync.
Run a manual sync
Use the sync action when a catch-up is needed. The page reports whether a sync is already running and shows recent progress and result details.
Repair the connection
If credentials change, use the repair form with the current API URL, key, and secret. Never paste these credentials into a support article or chat transcript.
