Check installation health
The Installation card reports whether Yada has detected recent widget loads. A healthy install should show activity after you visit a live page where the snippet is present.
Read the funnel
Choose the available reporting window and review the progression from widget loads and opens to chats, guest messages, AI replies or drafts, leads, and opportunities.
Review supporting outcomes
Additional metrics can include escalations, quoted replies, stay lookups, alert subscriptions and triggers, and reward redemptions. The exact cards depend on enabled widget features and observed events.
Diagnose a weak step
Loads near zero: verify snippet placement, consent behavior, and installation health.
Loads but few opens: review launcher placement, color, and opener text.
Opens but few chats: improve the greeting and clarify what the assistant can do.
Chats but few leads: review contact capture, AI content, booking links, and escalation behavior.
Compare periods after one controlled change at a time.
