Generate Smart Spaces Wi-Fi and Marketing QR Materials

Create listing-specific Wi-Fi and marketing opt-in PDFs or QR images and verify them before on-site use.

Smart Spaces can create dedicated guest signage for Wi-Fi access and marketing opt-in experiences.

Create Wi-Fi material

  1. Open Smart Spaces.

  2. Find the listing.

  3. Open the Wi-Fi menu.

  4. Generate the PDF or download the QR image.

Make sure the listing's Wi-Fi content is accurate before printing.

Create marketing material

Open the listing's Marketing menu and generate a PDF or QR image for the guest opt-in experience. The guest-facing destination and consent language should match the outreach you plan to send.

Download, print, or email

Generated PDFs can be downloaded from the success dialog and are also emailed using Yada's generated-file notification. QR images can be used in your own approved design.

Test before installation

Scan the final print with more than one phone, confirm it opens the intended listing experience, and check that privacy and consent text is readable.
