Yada SMS provides a workspace phone number through Twilio. The number must complete the applicable carrier-registration process before production messaging.

Add a number

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → SMS.

  2. Select Add a number.

  3. Choose the United States or Canada and a local or Toll-Free number type.

  4. Search by city, area code, or digits, select an available number, and confirm the purchase.

Canadian local A2P traffic is heavily filtered, so Yada recommends Toll-Free for more reliable Canadian sending.

Register with carriers

Complete the Carrier registration wizard after adding the number. Provide accurate business identity, address, website, contact, messaging-use-case, consent, sample-message, and opt-in details.

US local numbers use A2P 10DLC registration. Toll-Free numbers use Toll-Free verification. Approval timing is controlled by carriers and can take time.

Do not send before approval

Wait until the integration reports that the business and messaging campaign are approved. Review STOP, HELP, consent, and cooldown requirements before launching a campaign.

Change or release a number

Use the number controls only when you understand the effect on active campaigns, replies, contact expectations, and carrier registration. A released number cannot be assumed recoverable.
