Yada connects to StreamlineVRS through the PartnerX API to keep your property and guest data synchronized.

Get your Token Key and Token Secret in Streamline

Property managers generate credentials in Streamline with self-service onboarding. You must start this from your Streamline account. Yada cannot create the tokens for you.

1. On the Streamline home page, open Third Party Integrations in the right sidebar and select Self Service Onboarding.

2. Partners with active tokens appear at the top. Everyone else is listed alphabetically. Scroll to the last page to find Yada.

3. Select GET TOKENS next to Yada, then click through to generate the Token Key and Token Secret. The credentials are delivered to Yada.

Treat the Token Key and Token Secret as passwords. Confirm your company’s three-letter currency code (for example USD, CAD, or EUR) before you connect in Yada.

Connect Streamline in Yada

1. In Yada, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Streamline.

3. Enter the Token Key, Token Secret, and currency.

4. Select Connect.

Yada validates the credentials and starts the initial synchronization in the background.

What Yada synchronizes

Yada imports Streamline listings and property content, guest contacts and reservations, reviews, and calendar rates and availability.

Large reservation histories are imported in resumable batches. You can leave the page while the initial synchronization runs.

Automatic and manual synchronization

Yada checks Streamline for reservation changes automatically every two hours. To request a catch-up, open the Streamline integration and select Sync now.

You can review recent progress and results from the PMS Sync page. If a synchronization is already running, Yada will not start a duplicate job.

Renew the PartnerX token

PartnerX tokens expire. When the token approaches its expiration date, open the Streamline integration and select Renew token. Streamline rotates both credentials, and Yada saves the new Token Key and Token Secret together.

Do not retry or refresh the page while token renewal is in progress.

Troubleshooting

If Yada cannot validate the connection, confirm both token values are current and the currency is a valid three-letter code. If you do not see Yada in Self Service Onboarding, go to the last page of the alphabetical partner list.

Updated credentials must belong to the same Streamline company. To connect a different company, disconnect the existing Streamline integration first.

Never paste PartnerX credentials into a Help Center article or an ordinary support chat. Share them only through an approved secure method.
