The Deal Agent watches Opportunities that are already in progress and prepares the next follow-up. It replaced the old opportunity-nurture journey so a guest who already replied is not sitting in a fixed drip.
Turn it on
Open AI Agents.
Find Deal Agent and turn it on.
Choose Draft & approve until you trust the drafts. Switch to Autopilot only after you have reviewed several real follow-ups.
Enabling Deal Agent deactivates any active legacy journey triggered when an opportunity enters In Progress, so the two systems do not message the same guest.
How it behaves
It works Opportunities in In Progress, not brand-new outreach.
It pauses nurture when the guest replies, then prepares the next response.
Proactive nudges wait 48 hours of silence and only send between 8:00 and 20:00 in your workspace timezone.
It stops after two proactive messages. Inbound replies do not count against that quiet window.
It can suggest a reply, send a booking link, nudge, or recommend marking the opportunity Won or Lost.
Uncertain or high-value cases escalate for a person. Autopilot still holds back low-confidence drafts.
Deal Agent currently sends on SMS and email. It will not silently switch a PMS or WhatsApp thread to another channel.
Use the deal cockpit
Open an In Progress opportunity from Marketing → Opportunities, or open the deal cockpit from the agent activity feed.
Read the suggested action and draft.
Edit the body if needed and choose SMS or email.
Approve to send, or dismiss if the draft is wrong.
If it suggests mark won or mark lost, confirm the booking outcome before you apply it.
Keep a person in the loop
The AI Agents hub and the Deal Agent detail page show recent activity, including items that need you. Start in Draft & approve. Move to Autopilot only for routine, low-risk follow-up, and keep high-value deals on review.
