A send is not finished when it leaves Yada. Use campaign detail, journey enrollments, and Opportunities together to see who engaged and which bookings you can tie back.
Read a campaign
Open Marketing → Campaigns and select the campaign. The overview shows:
Recipients and Sent for every channel.
Opens and Clicks for email. These need link tracking to be meaningful.
Delivered and Failed for SMS and WhatsApp.
Bookings as won Opportunities attributed to that campaign.
Revenue as the attributed won value.
Use the Opens and Clicks tabs on an email campaign to see who engaged. Use Recipients to inspect skips, failures, and cooldown holds. Retry failed SMS only after you have fixed the cause, so successful recipients are not sent the same message again.
Read a journey
Open the journey from Marketing → Journeys. The detail page shows enrollments and influenced revenue. The Journeys list also has Active enrollments and Upcoming so you can see who is in a sequence and when the next step sends. Cancel an enrollment if that guest should stop receiving it.
Tie results to Opportunities
Open Marketing → Opportunities and filter by source: Campaigns, Journeys, Signals, Loyalty, or Deals. A won Opportunity is Yada's booking outcome for that send. Confirm the stay in your PMS before you treat the revenue as final.
Home rolls the same story up across campaigns, journeys, signals, occupancy, and opportunities. Use it for the portfolio view, then open the source campaign or journey for the detail.
What to do with the numbers
Strong opens and weak clicks: check the booking URL, link tracking, and the call to action.
Strong clicks or SMS replies and few Opportunities: follow up on In Progress cards, or turn on Deal Agent.
High failures or bounces: fix consent, numbers, and domain authentication before you send again.
Quiet results on a first send: keep the audience small, test, then expand.
Tip: Attribution means the Opportunity is linked to that campaign or journey in Yada. It does not prove the message was the only reason the guest booked.
