Creating your email signature

When you send an email to a member, lead, or contact from the Activity Feed, you can include your email signature by using the [Internal User Email Signature] token. To choose your default email template

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.

  2. In the Email Signature field, enter your email signature as you would like it to appear.

  3. Click Save.
