Updating the operator profile

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To update the operator profile

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Click the Edit button.

  3. Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Operator Details Screen Reference at the end of this article.

  4. Click Save.

TIP: The next step in the Kube system setup process is to set booking options. For more information, see Setting booking options.

Operator Details Screen Reference

Operator Name

Name of your organization that your organization provided during onboarding. You cannot edit this field.

Email

Contact email address for your organization that your organization provided during onboarding. You cannot edit this field.

Yardi Account ID

Your organization's account number with Yardi. You cannot edit this field.

Subscription Type

Whether your organization uses Kube IT Management, Space Management, or Space Management Professional. You cannot edit this field.

Services

The Yardi Kube services included in your Yardi contract. You cannot edit the services in Kube.

Currency

The type of money your organization uses that your organization chose during onboarding. You cannot edit this field.

Culture

Regional settings that control the formatting of dates, times, and addresses in Kube. The culture setting you choose becomes the default culture setting for new internal users. You can make this selection once.
