Kube uses the system-level prospect portal defaults to determine the prospect portal's settings.
You can select defaults for the following settings:
Default View for Bookings
Default Company Type
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To set prospect portal defaults
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select the Settings tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Prospect Portal Defaults section, make your selections.
Default View for Bookings
Select which space listing view a prospect sees when they first land on the Make a Booking menu.
Default Company and User Type
Choose the User & Company Type automatically assigned to a company and lead when a prospect creates an account in the Prospect Portal. For more information about company and user types, see Adding a user and company type.Click Save.
